Lakeville Lower Level Remodel

Originally an unfinished space serving as a catch-all for toys and storage, this basement was essentially a blank canvas! Our talented designer Naomi partnered with Shaeffer Design Build to transform this lower level. The busy young family had multiple goals: creating spaces for relaxing together, entertaining guests, working from home, and storing items. Naomi enjoyed collaborating with them and found this project particularly enjoyable. Her favorite feature was the stunning green tile in the bathroom shower. We truly appreciate this renovation—it feels cozy yet sophisticated and adapts well to the owner’s changing needs. Lakeville Lower Level Remodel Blog

Eagan Kitchen and Powder Room Remodel

These homeowners in Eagan were frustrated with their cramped, closed-off kitchen. After consulting with our designer, Cristine, they planned to open up the space, add more storage and counter area, update the style to a modern look, and include a main-floor powder room. To meet these goals, our team removed several kitchen walls, which also created room for a new kitchen island. The laundry room was also reorganized to make space for the powder room. Cristine enjoyed this project and working with the homeowners. She particularly liked the clean, modern aesthetic and the subtle, organic tile backsplash. The redesigned kitchen and main floor now feel more open and inviting! Eagan Kitchen and Powder Room Blog

Lakeville Doggie Room Remodel

Pets are more than just furry friends; they’re family members. These Lakeville homeowners envisioned a custom Doggie Room, and our designer Naomi was excited to realize their idea! This remodel was quite special, featuring custom food bowl drawer cut-outs, storage for pet food and accessories, a stylish built-in dog wash, and tailored laundry and dryer vent access. This versatile room must serve multiple functions daily—caring for pets, doing laundry, and providing mudroom storage. Success with a space like this depends on thorough organization from the start, with everything having a designated spot. Naomi enjoyed overseeing this project, especially loving the pawprint tile in the dogwash, crafted by our excellent partners at Shaeffer Design Build. Lakeville Doggie Room Remodel Blog

Prior Lake Kitchen and Basement Bar Remodel

These clients in Prior Lake wanted to update their 1992 home’s kitchen and walk-out basement bar, with a focus on showcasing the beautiful lake view! Being on the water, Minnesotans naturally flock to it in summer. Before remodeling, the owners’ main issue was the cramped kitchen, crowded with too many appliances. After meeting Naomi, their designer, they aimed to add an island, improve the layout, and create a more open space. Naomi emphasized storage, organization, and designated spots for everything in her plans. The outcome is stunning – the home looks perfect! Highlights include a large kitchen island, a corner cabinet coffee bar/appliance garage, a stunning view, and the lower level walk-out bar. Prior Lake Kitchen and Basement Bar Remodel Blog

Minneapolis Kitchen Remodel

We have a special appreciation for truly unique homes, and this recent kitchen remodel in Minneapolis is a great example! Built in 1947, the rambler had a natural charm, but its kitchen felt outdated and mismatched with the home’s distinctive character. Our skilled designer, Naomi, worked closely with the homeowner, adopting her vibrant style and bold color choices to reimagine the space. Naomi’s favorite elements include the full-height Cambria backsplash, the adorable sink plant shelf, the vintage-inspired tile floor, and the graceful gold hardware accents. She also enjoyed meeting the homeowner’s wonderful cat, Ozzy Pawsborne, who kindly posed for a few photos! Minneapolis Kitchen Remodel Blog

Eden Prairie Owner’s Suite Remodel

People remodel their homes for many reasons: to increase value, refresh style, and boost usability. But most importantly, remodeling should make everyday living easier. This Eden Prairie owner’s suite makeover highlights that goal with a redesigned bathroom and an integrated laundry room. After all, hauling laundry upstairs and downstairs is a chore no one enjoys. Built in the 1990s, this townhouse owner was fed up with its builder-grade finishes, small shower, and limited storage. Our talented designer helped her reimagine the space with a modern look, a larger shower, better storage solutions, and an ensuite laundry room. Now, she no longer has to carry heavy laundry loads! Inver Grove Heights Owner’s Suite Remodel

Originally constructed in the 90s, this owner’s suite bathroom needed a refresh. The client envisioned an earthy sanctuary, a tranquil retreat from daily life. Our designer, Carly, effectively transformed that vision into reality! She enjoyed the collaborative process, working with a client who had clear goals yet was receptive to new ideas and creativity. Together, they designed this stunning, nature-inspired bathroom. Some of Carly’s favorite features include the new jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower with accessible bench seating, the seated vanity with generous storage, the flowing stone-patterned tiles, and a window that floods the space with natural light. Lakeville Home Cabinet Organization

Cabinets are no longer limited to kitchens and bathrooms. These Lakeville clients wanted to enhance their home’s organization with custom built-in cabinets and bookcases. What started as a small wine bar project quickly grew after they met with our designer, Carly. The main focus was straightforward: plenty of storage! This project was a smooth collaboration from beginning to end. Our clients knew what they wanted, and Carly loved working with them to create a fully tailored plan that matched all their needs. Eagan Kitchen Remodel

Built in 1985, this Eagan home was ready for an update. The owner desired a kitchen with a fresh appearance, improved storage, and a modern style that matched their taste. After consulting with our talented designer, Carly, they created a plan to transform the original, enclosed, U-shaped kitchen. The main challenge was ensuring enough space to open the dishwasher, which required careful planning. Ultimately, Carly and the homeowner were very happy with the outcome! Carly especially loves the beautiful pewter-painted cabinets complemented by a soapstone-inspired countertop from Cambria Quartz. Eagan Kitchen Remodel Blog
