Eagan Kitchen and Powder Room Remodel

These homeowners in Eagan were tired of their closed-off and small kitchen layout. After meeting with our designer, Cristine, their remodeling game plan was to open up the kitchen, increase storage and counter space, modernize the room’s style, and add a main floor powder room. To achieve these goals, our team tore down several kitchen walls; the expanded space also allowed for a new kitchen island. The existing laundry room was also rearranged to allow for the powder room addition.

Most remodels aren’t without a few hiccups, and after some surprises, the kitchen island columns had to be scaled back in scope. This change, while unexpected, allowed a more simplistic aesthetic to shine and the rest of the cabinetry to sing. Cristine loved this project and working with these homeowners. Her favorite updates include the clean, modern style and the understated but organic tile backsplash. The newly opened kitchen and main floor feel unrecognizable!
