Introducing Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring From MSI

Whether a kitchen, bathroom, or basement bar, there are many design decisions to consider when building or remodeling. From cabinetry to flooring to finishes and everything in between, the process can be a little overwhelming. Having to visit multiple places to make selections only makes the process harder. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new flooring product to our showroom: Luxury Vinyl Tile from MSI.

What is Luxury Vinyl Tile?

Luxury vinyl tile, also referred to as LVT, is a durable and waterproof flooring that comes in planks. It’s made to look like real wood while offering more practical benefits. The planks are available in a wide range of styles and sizes, making it easy to achieve different patterns and effects. LVT is also a less permanent alternative to hardwood and tile floors, typically installed using glue or mortar. Luxury vinyl tile can be installed as a floating floor that sits freely atop the sub-floor. The planks feature a tongue and groove that, when connected, lock the pieces into place.

Benefits of luxury vinyl tile flooring include:

  • Mimics the look and feel of real wood
  • 100% waterproof
  • Scratch-resistant to stand up to pets and kids
  • Low-maintenance
  • Sound and slip-resistant
  • Fast and easy installation
  • Industry-leading warranties

  1. I love the look of wood floors but don’t love the maintenance they require, since I don’t have the time to worry about it. Thank you for the advice that luxury vinyl can mimic the look and feel of real wood. I will definitely talk with an expert about my new flooring options.
