Project Feature: Rosemount Minnesota Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room Remodel

Our talented designer Naomi worked with this Rosemount Minnesota family to give their 90’s kitchen, dining room, and family room an updated and cohesive style. The rooms initially felt like three separate areas instead of one flowing, connected space.

To start, Naomi and our partners at Shaeffer Design Build decided to remove the wall dividing the kitchen and dining room. The opened up floor plan is flooded with natural light and is a more welcoming place for gathering with family and friends.

Next, she set about replacing the original golden oak cabinetry, laminate countertops, and vinyl floor. The new Showplace cherry cabinets and Cambria countertops make everything look clean and classic, while the tile backsplash adds a subtle pop of pattern!

Some of our favorite parts of this project are the little touches that make the home more organized and livable. From the fun mini bar to the extra cabinets that double as storage and buffet space – it’s all about form and function.

Naomi loved collaborating with such adventurous and engaged clients. She couldn’t be happier with how this beautiful space came together! Scroll below to see more photos of this truly lovely traditional home.
