Modern Craftsman Kitchen in Lakeville

After purchasing their Lakeville home, this couple was ready to transform their kitchen from top to bottom. Our design team collaborated with the homeowners to upgrade their builder-grade kitchen into a custom, functional space—complete with an expanded pantry, a dedicated spot for a dog kennel, and enhanced natural light.

Working alongside our partners at Shaeffer Design Build, this project took a slightly different path than usual. Typically, our designers collaborate with homeowners from day one, guiding them through the entire remodel. For this project, we stepped in during the ordering and selections phase to help bring their vision across the finish line.

We loved working with these clients; they were easygoing, clear on their goals, and open to design suggestions. The result? A modern craftsman beauty. Our favorite feature is the balance between the countertop and backsplash finishes—mixing two distinct Cambria designs with an understated tile pattern. We are also huge fans of the dedicated coffee bar, complete with charming open shelves to display favorite mugs and tea kettles.
